Asian Dumplings
Doesn’t get easier than this
PAN-FRIED:
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook the frozen dumplings for 4-5 minutes until the bottoms are browned. Flip them, add 1/3 cup of water, cover, and cook for another 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
STEAMED:
Line a steamer basket with parchment paper or oil. Place the frozen dumplings in a single layer and steam over boiling water for 6-8 minutes.
SERVING SUGGESTION:
Pair with chilli oil or soy sauce for extra flavour!
