Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges on snacks once the order has been shipped. However, we understand that issues may arise and handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately, and we will assist with a resolution.

Eligibility for Returns
If your product arrives damaged or if there is a mistake with your order, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement as necessary.

Return Process
To request a return or exchange for an eligible product, please email our customer service at contact@plantup.ca with a description and photos of the issue. We will assist you in the next steps.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for opened or perishable food items. These are considered final sale.

Refund Process
Once your return or exchange is processed, you can expect to receive your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
