01. Heat
Heat 2 - 3 tablespoons of cooking oil on medium to high heat. Place frozen Dumplings on a pan and cook for 4 - 5 mins or until the bottom turns lightly brown.
02. Stir
Reduce heat to medium, add 1/2 cup of water into the pan, and cover with a lid. Cook for another 4 - 5 minutes or until the water evaporates and dumpling bottoms are golden brown and crispy.
03. Eat
Serve hot with a blast of flavors with your favourite chili oil or go classic with soy sauce.
